Description
What is
SIGRIAN (National information System for the management of water resources in agriculture) is the georeferenced database, created and managed by CREA - Centre for Agricultural Research and Bioeconomy, accessible and updatable online and aimed at gathering and processing the information related to irrigation water use. It represents the only reference tool for the irrigation system available for all Administrations and competent Entities as envisaged by the MIPAAF Ministerial Decree of 31 July 2015. The access is restricted to only authorized users.
