The telematic URP is part of the activities aimed at improving and extending access to the services provided to the citizen by the CREA, listening to the needs of the user and receiving the signals to develop and improve the quality of communication and transparency.
With this service, CREA provides clear and fast answers to requests for information and clarifications made electronically by users, be they private citizens, operators or trade associations.
The Service provides answers to general questions relating to the activities of the Body and the contacts of the structures located on the national territory, the status of the proceedings of interest. It also provides users with information on the procedures for exercising participation rights pursuant to Chapter III of Law No. 241 of 7 August 1990 and subsequent amendments and additions.
