Director for Human and Financial Resources Coordination - Ida Marandola
DiRIS coordinates administrative and management activities relating to financial, tax, and accounting governance, human resource development, and personnel administration. It acts in close coordination with the Directorate General, the Technical-Scientific Directorate (DTS), DiCAR, and the Research Centers, issuing policies, directives, and operational guidelines within its areas of competence to ensure consistency, regularity, and transparency in administrative actions. It operates under a decentralized organizational model, maintaining close links with the administrative units located at the Research Centers.

Human and Financial Resources Coordination Support Unit (UniRis)
The Unit provides administrative and organizational support to DiRIS and manages the Directorate General’s secretariat. It collaborates on drafting circulars and directives, verifies the completeness and formal accuracy of documents submitted for signature, manages digital archiving, and collects data and information for activity monitoring and report preparation. Furthermore, it collaborates with the Directorate General in preparing policy and planning documents to be submitted to the Supervising Ministry.
