Il 3 marzo il CREA (Consiglio per la Ricerca in Agricoltura e l’Analisi dell’Economia Agraria) organizza un cooking show nell’ambito del progetto «agroBRIDGES» per gli studenti dell’I.T.A. Emilio Sereni, a Roma.​ ​

Grazie alla collaborazione e alla disponibilità della Dirigente dell’ITA, Prof.ssa Patrizia Marini, l’incontro permetterà agli studenti di approfondire il concetto di filiera corta e di alimentazione sana e sostenibile. ​​

Il CREA interverrà per presentare il progetto e per illustrare le opportunità e benefici che la filiera corta offre ai produttori e ai consumatori. ​​

La Cooperativa Coraggio – realtà romana dedita alla produzione agroalimentare biologica – presenterà il proprio impegno nella promozione di prodotti di filiera corta cucinando ne La locanda del Pellegrino, presso lo stesso ITA, per gli studenti.​ Gli studenti assisteranno al cooking show, potranno degustare il piatto preparato e dare il loro feedback.​

Il CREA è partner del progetto agroBRIDGES con due Centri di Ricerca: “Politiche e Bioeconomia” e “Alimenti e Nutrizione”. Il Progetto mira a creare connessioni tra produttori e consumatori, fornendo agli agricoltori conoscenze pratiche e supporto per riequilibrare la loro posizione nel mercato attraverso nuovi modelli di business e marketing basati sulla Filiera Corta Agroalimentare. Il progetto ha ricevuto finanziamenti dal Programma di Ricerca e Innovazione Horizon 2020 dell'Unione europea nell'ambito del Grant Agreement N ° 101000788.

On 3 March, CREA (Council for Research in Agriculture and the Analysis of Agricultural Economics) organizes a cooking show as part of the «agroBRIDGES» project for I.T.A. Emilio Sereni’s students, at their facilities.

Thanks to the collaboration and availability of the ITA Director, Prof. Patrizia Marini, the meeting will allow students to deepen the concept of short food supply chain and healthy and sustainable nutrition.

CREA will intervene to present the project and to illustrate the opportunities and benefits that the short supply chain offers to producers and consumers.

The Coraggio Cooperative – a Roman experience dedicated to organic agri-food production – will present its commitment to the promotion of short-chain products by cooking in La Locanda del Pellegrino, part of the same ITA, for the students. They will attend the cooking show, will be able to taste the prepared dish and participate in the discussion with their feedback.

CREA is a partner of the agroBRIDGES project with two Research Centres: "Politics and Bioeconomy" and "Food and Nutrition". The Project aims to create connections between producers and consumers, providing farmers with practical knowledge and support to rebalance their position in the market through new business and marketing models based on the Agri-Food Short Chain. The project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Program under Grant Agreement N° 101000788.
