The INFOLIVA project funded by Mipaaf (D.M. n.12479 of April 4, 2018) is developed within the National Olive Plan aimed at enhancing the peculiarities of Italian olive growing and the potential that the sector can express on the production profile and quality of high quality products. The strengths of the Italian system are represented both by areas with high suitability for cultivation and by products of high quality and typicality. As part of the project Infoliva have been developed Development of advanced systems of Infotracing for quality control and certification of high quality olive oils.
