We are pleased to invite you to the first session of the InnOBreed Webinar Series, dedicated to presenting and discussing key innovations developed within the InnOBreed project.
Theme: From Field to Data – Discover Innovative Digital and Social Innovation Tools for Organic Fruit Breeding
These webinar sessions aim to support partners and stakeholders in understanding new tools and approaches for testing and implementation, while gathering valuable feedback from the users.
The series will explore both digital and social innovations tailored to enhance organic fruit breeding practices.
For this opening session, we will focus on two key digital tools:
• Breeders DB: an open-source application for digital data management in breeding programs (Niklaus Bolliger & Yann Isler - Poma Culta, CH)
• FRIGen: an open-source application for digital phenotypic data acquisition for fruit tree species using RFID technology (Elisa Vendramin CREA-OFA, ITA)
