DG1 – Planning and Support Office

The Office provides technical and administrative support to the Directorate General and reviews documents submitted for the Director General's signature, operating in coordination with the Central Directorates, the Technical-Scientific Directorate, and the Research Centers. It manages the Director General's secretariat, document workflows, and document management compliance. It prepares analyses, reports, and statements, and oversees activities related to the performance management cycle, the Integrated Plan of Activity and Organization (PIAO), and the development of the Performance Measurement and Evaluation System, providing technical and operational support to the Independent Performance Evaluation Body (OIV). It also manages duties related to gender budgeting, equal opportunities, and organizational well-being.
