The regulation regulates the activities of the “Guarantee Act Committee for equal opportunities, the enhancement of the welfare of those who work and against discrimination".

The Regulation was approved on 1 February 2016 and came into force10 working days after that date.

Amendments to the Rules of Procedure are approved by two thirds ofthe effective members of the Committee with voting rights.
