La dirigente Emilia Troccoli è "Responsabile della prevenzione della corruzione e della trasparenza" per il CREA, ai sensi dell’ art. 1, commi 7 e 8, Legge n. 190/2012 e dell' art. 43, D.Lgs. n. 33/2013 (nominata con delibera CdA n. 81-2025).
Competences of the Office
The Office oversees the internal control system as well as anti-corruption and transparency activities. It analyzes and maps processes, identifies risks, inefficiencies, and critical issues, plans and conducts audit activities, and formulates recommendations and improvement proposals, monitoring their implementation. It handles the section of the PIAO related to corruption risks and transparency, manages compliance requirements regarding civic access and whistleblowing, and ensures compliance with statutory publication obligations, as well as the “Transparent Administration” (Amministrazione Trasparente) section of the institutional website.
