Competences of the Office
The Office safeguards CREA’s legal interests and provides specialized legal support to the Organization’s structures. It handles out-of-court dispute resolution and litigation before judicial authorities, working in coordination with the State Attorney's Office (Avvocatura dello Stato). It operates a regulatory monitoring unit, provides legal opinions on internal regulations and contractual documents, and drafts standard contract templates and clauses. Furthermore, it manages activities related to equity holdings and debt recovery procedures on behalf of CREA.
