Central Purchasing Office and RUP Support - DiCAR1

The Office manages and oversees, through certified digital platforms, the procurement procedures for works, services, and supplies, and handles centralized purchasing of cross-cutting interest for the Organization, pursuing process standardization, spending rationalization, and economies of scale. It prepares and updates the three-year procurement program, supports the Person Responsible for the Contracting Authority Registry (Responsabile dell’Anagrafe per la Stazione Appaltante) and the Sole Persons Responsible for the Project (RUPs), and drafts operational guidelines, standard templates, and internal regulations on public procurement.
