The Office drives CREA’s digital transformation and organizational innovation, managing process digitization and re-engineering as well as the adoption of innovative platforms and technologies. It ensures the management, evolution, and security of IT infrastructure and information systems, data interoperability and quality, and IT support across CREA’s structures. Furthermore, it coordinates policies regarding cybersecurity, business continuity, cloud management, and data governance, while supporting the Research Centers in developing technological infrastructures for research.
