Project PROBIS: presentation of a brochure with a sunthesis of objectives and results
The Project PROBIS “Innovative and Sustainable biotecnological processes for the recovery of molecules of nutraceutial interest from fish supply chain” financed by Regione Lazio-Progetti Gruppi di Ricerca comes to a close next month.

Ginevra Lombardi-Boccia, coordinator, Gabriella Di Lena, Massimo Lucarini and Alessandra Durazzo, researchers at CREA Food and Nutrition Research Centre, present a flyer syntesizing the main objectives and results attained within the PROBIS Project in collaboration with Sapienza University of Rome Dipartimento di Ingegneria Chimica Materiali e Ambiente and AGEI.
