What is this

Collaboration agreement for the management of the NEC Italia Network between the Forestry, Environmental and Agri-Food Carabinieri Unit and CREA Centro Foreste e Legno to carry out monitoring of tree growth and measurement of weather and climate parameters at sites of forest interest in compliance with the Community commitments on the reduction of national emissions of certain atmospheric pollutants ("NEC" Directive).
