Description

What is this

The Italian Society of Silviculture and Forest Ecology (SISEF), founded in 1995, is a non-profit cultural association with the aim of promoting the dissemination of scientific forest culture. SISEF is accredited as a scientific society by the Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of the University System and Research (ANVUR) and is part of the Italian Association of Agricultural Scientific Societies (AISSA). The CREA Research Centre for Forestry and Wood collaborates with SISEF through the activities of its researchers, in particular through the coordination of various Working Groups.
