The Administrative Coordination Directorate of Research Centers – DiCAR is headed by a General Director (1st tier). It acts as a liaison between the General Directorate and the administrative network of the Research Centers, ensuring the uniformity and efficiency of administrative processes at the local level, as well as monitoring the correct application of internal statutory and regulatory provisions.
The Directorate coordinates the procurement and contracting procedures of the Institution. It formulates proposals for the enhancement of real estate assets and experimental farms, for the management of movable assets, and for workplace safety. It coordinates digital transition processes and information systems, guaranteeing organizational and managerial uniformity.
