Competences of the Office
The Office handles the planning and management of CREA’s real estate and movable assets, maintenance, and energy interventions, and related asset enhancement initiatives. It manages leases, concessions, and other property usage agreements, alongside movable goods and major scientific equipment. It supports the management of agricultural estates and carries out technical and administrative tasks concerning occupational health and safety, sustainability, mobility, and energy efficiency.
