Honey sensory analysis working group - International Honey Commission (IHC)

What's this

The International Honey Commission is a network created for the enhancement of knowledge on composition, quality and research on honey. The  main objectives are to improve the methods of analysis of honey and other bee products and to propose new quality criteria.

Dr. Gian Luigi Marcazzan has been the coordinator of the "Sensory Analysis" working group within the IHC since 2011.
