What is it?
The Service allows the enrollment in the National Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey, which is the tool that ensures the validity of quality assessment and opinion on the botanical origin of honey, executed through sensory analysis.
Delivery mode
The service is carried out by organizing specialist courses that lead to enrollment in the Register. The "experts" are registered in a list in which the personal data, contact details, year of enrollment are listed. A card is also issued, bearing the symbol of the Register and the registration code to be shown on each official tasting.
Who is it for?
Subjects who have attended training courses and passed specific examination tests defined in the Technical Regulations. The experts enrolled in the Register have familiarity with sensory analysis and possess technical knowledge and practical experience in describing the organoleptic characteristics of honey.
