What it is
Dr. ENZO PERRI is a member of the Expert Chemist Commission at the International Olive Oil Council (IOC). It is an international Commission of experts, composed of chemical experts from all olive-growing nations adhering to the IOC. The experts gather to discuss and propose to the IOC new olive-growing regulations or changes to the current ones. The Commission meets periodically in Madrid, which is the IOC headquarter.
What is it for
The International Olive Council is a unique intergovernmental organization that brings together producers, consumers and operators in the olive oil and table olives sector. A privileged and authoritative meeting place, open to debate on everything concerning olive oil.
