What it is

Dr. ENZO PERRI is part of the Expert Group on Olive Oil Chemistry and Standards Setting of Mipaaf, 2014-2019. 

The MIPAAF periodically convenes a group of Italian chemical experts, usually before their participation in international meetings at the EU in Brussels or at the International Olive Oil Council (IOC) in Madrid. The experts participate, representing the Ministry itself and the Italian Republic, in expert meetings both at the EU and at the IOC. 

What is it for

The MIPPAF convenes this group also to define the Italian position concerning the issues related to product classification, standards and chemistry of oils.
