Description

What it is

The "Working Group for the identification of interventions that can be financed with the operational programs of fruit and vegetable producers' organisations and for the determination of the related fixed flat rates or standard unit costs" was established with the Decree of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies of May 10, 2017 n. 2705.

Dr. MARCELLO CUTULI has been appointed as an effective member of the Working Group as reported in annex A of the same Decree. 

The Working Group operates at the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development.

What is it for

It collaborates with the Directorate-General for Internal Market - Department of European and International Policies and Rural Development - at the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies for the elaboration and drafting of the national strategy on sustainable operational programs on the fruit and vegetable market provided by art. 36 of EU Regulation no. 1308/2013. 

The objective is the Identification of eligible interventions in the operational programs of fruit and vegetable producer organisations whose eligible costs can be determined on the basis of fixed flat rates or standard scales of unit costs. 

A further objective is the calculation of flat rates or standard unit costs of interventions, as well as external transport costs per kilometer, additional to road transport costs, if rail or sea transport is used as part of an environmental protection measure.
