What is

Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN) is a EU tool aimed at exploring the European agricultural economic situation and programming/assessing the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

The Italian FADN’s information system is more articulated than the European one and it can meet the knowledge needs not only at farm level but also at territorial level for scientific purposes and/or sectoral planning.

CREA - Research Centre for Agricultural Policies and Bioeconomy is, on behalf of the Italian State, the liaison body with the European Commission for the implementation and management of the FADN.
