What is
The series Regional Agriculture in Figures, edited by CREA-Research Centre for Agricultural Policies and Bioeconomy, is a practical cognitive tool for the agricultural system of Italian regions.
The regional volumes constitute a well-established publication, fitting in with the institutional activities carried out by CREA PB.
The publications, produced by the operational units and regional offices of CREA PB, are a useful tool for understanding the main social, economic and environmental characteristics of the agricultural and agrifood sector in the Italian regions.
Through the reading of the main structural and economic indicators of the sector and the observation of their temporal evolution, the relationships existing between the primary sector, the economy as a whole and the territory and the transformations taking place in the various regional economic systems are outlined. Each publication differs from the others in specific insights that can photograph and better describe the different territorial realities and the many aspects that characterize them.
The publications have an annual/biennial cadence and guarantee, as a whole, an important enrichment at a statistical and cognitive level for the benefit of all those interested in these issues.
